do you know any good place where I can learn life drawing from scratch?
do you know any good place where I can learn life drawing from scratch without having previous sketches as a profile. I want to study animation but all the respected schools require drawing skills which I dont have. I prefer some place in canada, australia or egypt that teaches drawing in less than a year.
I didn’t know that was an animation school requirement but it doesn’t surprise me. Animation is intense and I guess they figure you will have an easier time with classical art training already.
Alls I can offer is that there’s many art guilds, associations, etc that teach drawing classes without the normal "submit your portfolio" requirements of Universities. I’ve attended many of those classes and they’re fun and also to-the-point.
Or you could hire an art instructor for private instruction. That might be a good way to get very specific attention at an accelerated rate.
